Almaty. July 27. Kazakhstan Today - The chair of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, Grigory Marchenko, forecasts positive rate of economic development of the Republic in 2010. G. Marchenko stated in the interview to the Russian television channel RBC, the agency reports.

"I think that we will see positive results next year. We will see the results of the anti-recessionary program of $19 billion in 2010 after the situation with two big banks (Alliance Bank and BTA Bank) becomes better," G. Marchenko said.

$10 billion was allocated in 2008 from the National fund for economy support. The Republic developed the complex anti-recessionary program in the end of 2008 and in January, 2009 it created the detailed plan of its realization.
