Astana. October 14. Kazakhstan Today - The state, despite of difficulties in economy, will meet all its social obligations in full. The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, said at the expanded session of the government on Monday, the agency reports.

"My assignments regarding social obligations I gave on September 2 at the opening of the session of Parliament will be executed," N. Nazarbayev said.

"Despite of problems in world economy and our difficulties, we will increase social payments, pensions, and salaries of state employees since the next year," the leader of the state emphasized.

Pensions, salary, and social benefits will grow by 25 % next year in 2010 and by 30 % - in 2011.

The President emphasized that new schools, hospitals and other social objects will be start working.
