Astana. July 14. Kazakhstan Today - The head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the Law on Amendments and Additions to the Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improvement of the Law of Kazakhstan on Payments and Remittances, Accounting and Financial Reporting of Financial Organizations, Banking Activity and Activity of the National Bank directed at creation of the system providing financial stability of the banking system of Kazakhstan, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

The text of the law has been published in press.

As informed earlier, the law was created to regulate the work of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, its functions and powers, and other state structures and financial organizations in regards to specification of the order and conditions of carrying out of payments and remittances of the clients, the conclusion of Majilis of Parliament Committee for Finance and Budget states.
