Astana. July 14. Kazakhstan Today - The leader of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the Law on Amendments and Additions to the Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Equity Share in Housing Construction directed at regulation of relations in equity share sphere in housing construction. The amendments toughen financial stability requirements of constructors and strengthen guarantees of the rights of shareholders, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

The text of the law has been published in press.

As informed earlier, according to the Majilis deputy, Shavhat Utemisov, the purpose of the law is elimination of the errors and flaws in the Acts of Kazakhstan.
