Almaty. August 13. Kazakhstan Today - Total amount of deposits of the residents in the banking system of Kazakhstan, as of June 2009 has increased by 2.8 % (from the beginning of the year - by 10.3 %), having reached 5967.5 billion KZT, the agency reports citing the press service of the National Bank.

In particular, according to the National Bank, deposits of legal entities have grown by 2.7 % up to 4360.8 billion KZT and the deposits of physical entities - by 2.8 % up to 1606.7 billion KZT.
