Astana. September 12. Kazakhstan Today - All problem construction objects of Astana will be completed up to the middle of 2009. Akim of the capital, Imangali Tasmagambetov, informed at the government meeting on Thursday, the agency reports.

"We set the goal - to solve the problem of incomplete construction with deceived equity holders up to the middle of the next year," I. Tasmagambetov said.

Housing co-operatives on all problem objects have been created. "We should undergo through certain legal procedures, including legal procedures and legalize the rights of equity holders to the costruction objects," akim explained.

"The money allocated by the state is on akimat account. We are ready to begin construction after settlement of all legal issues," he said.

I. Tasmagambetov said that the beginning of construction of problem objects is planned for October of 2008.
