The National Accreditation Center continuously monitors compliance with the accreditation criteria by the subjects of accreditation. Since the beginning of 2023, as a result of violations detected by conformity assessment bodies, 41 certificates of conformity, 15 declarations of conformity, 8 test reports have been canceled, five accreditation certificates have been withdrawn: three in terms of the scope of accreditation and two in full, press service of the Ministry of Trade and Integration reports.
Letters have been sent to the Committee of Technical Regulation and Metrology of the MTI of the Republic of Kazakhstan on violations identified in 93 certificates of conformity of the EAEU, 72 declarations of conformity of the EAEU and 10 certificates of conformity of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the results of monitoring for 2022, the conformity assessment bodies revoked 14 certificates of conformity of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 43 certificates of conformity of the EAEU. Two accreditation certificates were revoked in full, six were declared temporarily invalid in terms of the scope of accreditation. The Technical Regulation Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan has sent information on 80 violations in the safety certificates of the construction of vehicles.
Monitoring of the activities of accreditation entities on compliance with the accreditation criteria is conducted by the NCA in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Accreditation in the field of conformity assessment".
