Deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Beknazarov and Aigul Kapbarova arrived in the city of Shymkent, where they visited the Heart Center. During the meeting, representatives of the medical institution told the senators about the activities of the clinic and noted that the potential of domestic medicine allows transplantation of kidneys, liver, heart, lungs, and pancreas.
At the same time, doctors focused on the fact that the shortage of donors in Kazakhstan is an obstacle to the development of medical transplants, saving lives, since a constructive and legislative solution to this issue is necessary.
Senator Aigul Kapbarova noted that the shortage of donors is indeed an alarming situation and stressed that these issues will be carefully studied within the walls of the Senate of the Parliament. And Nurlan Beknazarov noted that the issues of the sphere of medicine are under the special control of parliamentarians.
The Senate of the Parliament pays special attention to the development of the healthcare sector. Every year, when forming the republican budget, we monitor a sufficient increase in funds allocated for healthcare. The state is taking measures to strengthen social protection and support for medical workers. On behalf of the Head of State, the salaries of medical workers are increased annually," Senator Nurlan Beknazarov concluded.
