The meeting discussed the issues of bilateral interparliamentary cooperation and interaction. During the meeting, the Senate Speaker noted that Saudi Arabia is the key partner of Kazakhstan in the Middle East.

The Head of State pointed out to the importance of introducing advanced technologies in order to improve the environmental situation in the East Kazakhstan region.

The leaders exchanged views on the epidemiological situation in the region, as well as on the measures taken for mass vaccination of the population of the two countries. In this regard, the two leaders reaffirmed mutual intention to continue coordinated actions to overcome the negative consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.

They also discussed the schedule of upcoming meetings.

The parties agreed to strengthen bilateral cooperation, including within the framework of international and regional structures of the UN, CICA and SCO

Ebrahim Raisi won the presidential elections of Iran with 17,926,345 votes.

The parties will cooperate in the field of migration, protect the rights of citizens of the state of one Party located on the territory of the state of the other Party, as well as information interaction in accordance with the legislation and international obligations of their states.

President Tokayev said that Kazakhstan is ready to provide 100 bachelor scholarships at the Kazakh universities to the OIC countries.
